How quickly do you ship?
We do our very best to ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order for all items in stock via the US Postal Service (because they're the cheapest). Keep in mind the Post Office is closed after noon on Saturdays and all day Sunday, and that occasionally things happen that delay us. If you're in a rush, we recommend priority shipping and perhaps reaching out to us at orders [at] cherrylaurelstudio.com for a little extra reassurance.

Do you do custom work?
Absolutely, we adore it. Custom work takes a little longer than the aforementioned 1-2 business days, and we'll talk about that when we get started with the project. Typically custom letterpress takes 3-4 weeks after proof approval, but we always try to beat those timelines. Talk to us if you need something faster. 

Do you offer foil stamping?
We do not foil stamp in house, but we do have a very trusted partner to handle our foil stamping. The experience is seamless for the customer.

Do you accept returns?
If you are unsatisfied, we want to make it right. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days for a refund of all but shipping fees. Please contact us before shipping items back to make arrangements. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. Again, we want you to be satisfied and if you aren't we want to make it right. Talk to us.

Do you really print everything in house, by hand?
Yep. All the letterpress printing, that is. Venus, our 105+ year old Chandler & Price printing press, can attest to that. We have printing partners who handle the vinyl stickers, standard offset printing, and digital printing. 

What about customs and import taxes?
Sorry to say, as a tiny business we cannot cover this for you. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
